Osoyoos Lake Maternity Session

We were able to sneak away to Osoyoos Lake with friends of ours a couple of weekends ago and I was dying to take photos in and around the area. Conveniently, my friend Chelsea is not ONLY photographic she also happens to be pregnant so I had all the ammo I needed to convince her to be my model for this epic Osoyoos Lake Maternity session! We drove just a ways down the road from where we were staying to shoot the photos in the orchard and then came back to their condo on the lake to shoot the silhouette photos. The next morning we even  managed to convince her hubby to tag along for a few of them together in the gorgeous morning light!! There honestly is nothing more fun than shooting in a new area/location! I love exploring new places and am so lucky to have friends willing to go along with (almost) all of my photography whims!

Chels, we had a lot of really fun times together before we became old married bitties and you’ve always proven to be a rock in my life. But my favorite part of our journey together as friends has been to know you and your heart over these years of raising families and running businesses together. You inspire me in so many different ways, challenge me when you know I need it and always model what a Godly wife and woman looks like. I don’t think I can accurately put into words how thankful I am to have the gift of your friendship ♥
