Historic Stewart Farm: Surrey Wedding Photography

Sharissa and Mike were married back in January and I wasn’t able to put up a blog post for them while I was going through my re-brand! So, its coming a little late but since nobody I know tires of looking at their wedding photos I figured I’d post something for them still!

I have honestly never worked with a more relaxed and selfless bride. Just two days before her wedding Sharissa’s dad broke his arm and she chose to give up scouting out photo locations for her wedding to sit with him in the ER to make sure he was properly attended to. And when I showed up on the morning of her wedding she was busy making sure everyone else was taken care of before she turned her attention to herself. It was quite something to watch and her love for the people around her is evident through the photos below! I loved that she got into her dress with the help of only her mom and I had a hard time pulling myself together when the tears started falling as things came together.

Meanwhile, the guys were being their normal rowdy selves 😉 My friend Jete spent the morning with them, documenting all of their shenanigans.

And then it was off to the ceremony at the Cloverdale Canadian Reformed Church

After the ceremony we headed to the Historic Stewart Farm for some formals in the FREEEEEZING cold! Again, another reason I admired Sharissa is that she never complained once. And it was bitterly cold.
